What To Expect On The Day Of Your Booking
- Arrive 20 minutes before your booking
- Please park in the main top parking lot
- Please set up by the braai area or the under cover areas by the braais
- Please don't set up by the main container or in the viewing deck
- The organiser can come down to the main container to get the groups paper work
- The group fills out the paper work
- The group sorts out 2 teams (Red and Black), you can request a marshal to do this for you
- We take two private groups per session, they are not put against each other
- Groups will be called to sit by the main container when we are ready
- The safety briefing will start when the whole group has arrived
- Group members will then collect their masks and make sure they fit
- If protective gear is wanted, the players can collect it from the marshal
- Valuables can be stored in the main container
- Once the masks are sorted out and everyone is ready, the guns will be given out
- All extras are marked on the paper work, under the players name
- Payment is done at the end of the booking
- Group will be taken to the target range where they get a chance to try out the guns
- Group will be taken onto the field and briefed for their first game by their marshal
- Marshals are on the field at all times with the group
- Spectators are more than welcome to watch from our Viewing Deck
- Players not adhering to our safety rules will receive a penalty
- If a player keeps breaking our Safety Rules they will be asked to leave the field
- Players or spectators that are agressive or verbally abusive will be asked to leave the premises
- At the end of each game the group will either go straight to their next game or brought off the field
- Paintball groups coming off the field will get a chance to order more paint and clean their masks
- There is enough time to grab a non alcoholic drink or a quick bite to eat
- Groups will be called on for their next game
- Groups should get 5 games in, this depends if the group arrives on time, time is not wasted between games and during briefings
- Each game is different and played on a different field
- At the end of the booking, groups will hand in their equipment
- Any outstanding amounts must be settled before leaving the premises (Cash only)
- If the booking is being paid by one person then the full amount will be given
- If paid by individuals, each individual will come to the window and pay for themselves
- If there are other bookings after your booking you are more than welcome to stay and relax
